Yes, there is no limit on how many times Toyota Service Care can be purchased as long as there are no other active Toyota prepaid maintenance plans on the same vehicle.
You can purchase a Toyota Service Care plan at any point after your ToyotaCare (or other prepaid maintenance) plan expires. Your plan benefits go into effect at the time of purchase regardless of when your previous maintenance plan ended.
