A Preview of the 2019 Toyota Avalon

If you admire sedans like the 2018 Toyota Camry and the 2018 Toyota Corolla, you’re in for a big treat when the 2019 Toyota Avalon starts arriving at Toyota dealerships throughout the nation in mid-2018. Long recognized as a roomy, full-size flagship sedan, the Toyota Avalon underwent a complete overhaul for the 2019 model-year.

While the all-new 2018 Toyota Camry is smaller than its predecessor, the redesigned 2019 Toyota Avalon is larger than earlier variants of the sedan. More specifically, the sedan’s wheelbase is 2 inches longer than its predecessor’s and the car has wider tracks in the front and back. In addition to being bigger, the 2019 Toyota Avalon is also more aerodynamic thanks to its front air curtains, rear spoiler, and the panels underneath the sedan’s body.

When it arrives at our Toyota dealership near Berwick, PA, the 2019 Toyota Avalon will be available in four great-looking trims. The XLE and Limited trims will have an eye-catching, upscale look and feel. The XSE and Touring trims will have a sportier appearance.

The 2019 Toyota Avalon will be offered as a gas-only sedan equipped with a 3.5-liter, V6 engine and a hybrid vehicle. Gas-only variants will have a new eight-speed automatic transmission while hybrid models will be equipped with a continuously variable automatic transmission.

The sedan will feature the next-generation Entune™ 3.0 infotainment system, which comes with Apple CarPlay™. The 2019 Toyota Avalon will have USB ports and air conditioning vents in the rear. Heated rear seats will be available as an option on the fully redesigned Toyota Avalon.

While the 2019 Toyota Avalon isn’t part of our new car inventory yet, we can still tell you all about this exciting vehicle. Contact MotorWorld Toyota for more information about the 2019 Toyota Avalon or stop by our convenient location now.
